Are you currently hiring? I’m 14 and looking for a job and some of my family knows Connie and recommends working here because it’s a nice place.

Alexis, it's always good advice to apply for a job in person. However, if your relative knows Connie well (and is on good terms with her; this is very important), then having them mention to Connie that you are in the market for a job may shortcut the process. In either event, however, make certain that you are prepared to talk with Connie about it. Learn a little about her business, if you can, and be prepared to show documentation of things you've done that indicate that you will a valuable employee. Good luck!
